The completion time for a house construction project typically ranges from 6 to 14 months. The standard timeline involves approximately 5 months for the construction of the first floor and an additional 1.5 months for each subsequent floor. However, this timeline may vary based on factors such as space, built-up area, location, design, construction type (foundation or core), and other considerations. Keep track of your project, including updates, inspection reports, payment schedules, and more, through the customer website.
No, you won't be required to pay the full amount upfront. Instead, you will follow a personalized payment schedule, tailored to the construction stages of your project. A 2% booking amount is charged initially. Once the floor plan is finalized, an additional 8% of the total amount is collected. Subsequently, our construction company proceeds with structural drawings, MEP drawings, 3D elevation drawings, and the allocation of a contractor.
Upon completion of the design phase, the project is handed over to the project management team. At this stage, a payment of 15% of the project value is due, extending until the plinth is constructed. Subsequent payments will be structured based on specific stages of the project.
